No one ever implied it was mean or exclusive. I only think that making it mandatory to state whether an event allows fursuits seems superfluous as most, far as I'm aware, have typically allowed fursuits. For me, it's more logical to only require statements regarding the permissability of fursuits in circumstances when they are not permitted since for the majority of events saying 'yes' all the time seems redundant and perpetucates unnecessary verbosity.
It's not a major issue. I understand your viewpoint and that you believe this would help avoid confusion and make things better. So, I'm ok with it; I'm just saying I'd have gone about it slightly differently. ^_^
