Omg!  I just got a letter in the mail telling me their sending more money--apparently for the GST portion!  0_O

This is unexpected!  That's gonna be over $300 total now!

Mind, I'm not complaining!

Is there a link you can point us to for this? I'd be interested in giving it a shot.

Hi Ironklaw!

There's no webpage that explicitly goes through what I've been talking in this thread.  It's more of a case of knowing and understanding the tax system and using it to your advantage.  That said, you can find information about tax rebates <a href="http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/gsthst/menu-eng.html">here</a> or <a href="http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/gsthst/fq_qlfyng-eng.html">here</a> and income tax <a href="http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/formspubs/t1gnrl/llyrs-eng.html">here</a>.
