Well you can do it yourself, and it's not too hard, but it does hurt a LOT for the 3 weeks it takes to finish.

And yup yup. His tongue is long, but not quite that long :P.

Though I'm not sure what the forum policy is for linking to porn, I like the picture.... it's my current background xD
