this upset me big time. and it should have been deleted along with the thread this thread spread all over making the capital furs a laughing stalk!!

take note im keeping only a handful of more mature friends. others will be deleted.  GRR... and i thought i was rid of this in the past.. remember i dont like drama.. i beat it down.

I very much agree with you all across the board. It's a shame that the whole thing was handled as it was and let run like it did.

That said, this is not anything I see as something to get worked up over.

Sorry to see you go, Rif.  Do what you think is best.

 If the issue really is 'drama' though, I'd like to point out that your reaction is the most dramatic thing to come out of that thread.

 If I were you, I'd sleep on it, and see what happens before pulling (what appears to me) a knee jerk reaction.

What I love actually about the whole journal is Holly Anne's take on the fact that BFC cant possibly be a real con cause it's not at a Hotel. Oh no.. apparently having it at a convention center just isnt good enough anymore, never mind that the rental fees for the hall alone are 3,000 + up to 2400 additional owed if certain other financial goals are not matched.

A hotel con in ottawa would run atl east 2-3x that before even asking for a room block.

Ironically, that first bit pissed me off far more than the rest of the whole thing.

I'm very icked by that thread as well. It's so not gonna end up well. ._.

Sorry to see you go, but I must tell you that you are doing so over what is essentially a non-issue that will be forgotten in short order.
