I haven't seen a single problem, aside from the occasional outburst.

It seems ridiculous to cause such a fuss over one thread in which people disagreed.

It is a forum - a discussion space. People do not always agree. Thus people disagree.

With barest wrists and stoutest boasts,
I thrust my fists against the posts,
And still insist I see the ghosts.

Right, cause obviously 2-3 admin/mods is enough to monitor a forum 24/7 in their freetime.

We might need another admin, but the thing is that this forum was built as an attempt to avoid errors of the past.  And so far, the admins are actually doing a bang up job.  If you have a particular problem, I think it would be a better idea to address the issue directly with an admins.

Unless of course you're trying to say you'd want to administrate the forum as well.  Or at the very least you might have a suggestion as to who should be nominated to help 'police' the community?

You have no right, as a person, to avoid being offended.

If you do not like the actions, attitudes and language of a specific thread, ust one thread, then avoid it.

If you have an issue with management, take it up with management, via direct and private conversation.

tl;dr the forum is fine L2post

Shoot. I misclicked...
Move one of those Yes's to a No plz and chz.

While a lot of the times it does seem to go smoothly, every so often an underage minor creates an account for the purpose of getting some yiff in an event, or a huge outburst comes out because someone didn't think through their posts correctly.

And say something very very very very very stupid that makes people want to *so upset with a current thread that I dont even have coherent threats*

It sucks. We're all P/O'd tonight.

Darky, at what point have we given the impression that we ban people solely for stating an opinion that everyone should have the right to express? I'm a little insulted that you feel you'll be banned for starting this thread, I believe there is currently only 1 active person on this forum with anything resembling an official 'warning', so to assume you'll be banned is taking things a little far. We've banned one individual, and that was after months of insults (both veiled and unveiled), harassment of members, flagrant disregard for the rules, etc, etc, which was agreed to by all 3 current active admins. Frankly, I don't expect we'll  have to do it again for some time.

As for your concerns, I can respect them. This is the first forum I've ever administrated on, and I've made a few mistakes. That happens. I'll say right now if you have complaints about how you think things are running/being run/etc, you're more than welcome to PM either myself, IK or Spaz. Everytime I have to make any kind of 'official' post concerning disciplinary actions being taken against individuals, I've tried to make it clear that people who disagree with the actions taken can send us a PM, in fact, a few people have. One person even complained about the recent banning of a member, and not only have they not been punished for voicing dissent, I actually respect them more because of it.

All we ask is that you present your complaints in a logical fashion, and back them up with something. Obviously nobody is interested in listening to grandiose conspiracy theories about bias and general power abuse with very little to back it up, but if you feel you have a valid complaint, by all means, let us know and I for one will do what I can to either change myself or policies on the board should the complaint be warranted and serious enough to call for such action.

Starting polls will do nothing but make us (IK, myself and Spaz) more defensive, you're pointing fingers and laying blame. I've been lucky enough to receive a number of PM's supporting my behavior as an admin, with only 2 people (3 now I suppose) outright complaining about the administration of the forums.

We're not mind readers after all, while we can't bend to every demand from every member, we need to know what YOU think if anything is going to be fixed. So by all means, send us a PM, lay out what you think is wrong and we'll do what we can to fix it.

As for that thread, suffice it to say when I last checked it seemed like it'd resolved itself and I've been busy all evening, so please don't sit there and proclaim us uncaring or poor admins because we were busy for a few hours and couldn't ensure all the adults on our forums were playing nicely together.

It'll be dealt with. But frankly, I read that thread before coming here and while the thread is rife with pent up hostility towards each other, there's no insults being thrown, there's no out-right flaming and while I'll make a point of rule-nazi'ing it once I finish writing this, looking for any kind of rule breakage, I don't think I'll find much. It was a bunch of people having a disagreement, and I have a feeling members of this forum would have a far greater issue with us (as admins) playing thought police and telling you that you aren't allowed to disagree with anyone, than leaving one thread.

So PM us instead of expecting perfection.

But admins are ALWAYS supposed to be perfect!
D: *my admin dreams are shattered*

That said, we can't leave everything up to the admins, because obviously 3 furs can't keep all of us in check. (I mean our poor parents with just ONE of us had their hands full). So what do we do to help the admins?

*Creates a positive spin* YAY! :D

P.s. I'm changing my No to a chicken $#!^ for impressive response time by Meer. (assuming it means undecided)
