Hello everyone!!!!

Yeap its me again

(Sadly xD)

So lets here is some info about the situation!

My sister that is doing a master in international development and that is ranked top of her promotion is having a certain issues whit my dad that divorced whit my mom 4 years ago to go whit another woman that he is still whit after like (25 break ups)

The thing is that every time my sister call my dad at his new house where the other woman live she is always on the other line saying like hello and stuff.

And every time that she wants to meet my dad or celebrate something he kinds of always arrange things so that her new woman (fiancé) would be there.

So my sister is kind of having a major issue whit that as she would wish to only be whit my father.

And by that she feal left out from his dad withc is mine to of course.

I am studying in social working but my professional knowledge block me from proposing anything as I am to close to the situation.

So here is the question.

1-What do you think my sister should do in that situation so that things would get setle.

*I Know that this question is quite vague but sometimes the best advice comes from people that are not in touch whit the situation :P*

Easy answer.

TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT. He's not a mind-reader. If she wants to spend time with him alone, she should ask, not just assume he knows. That being said, she's doing her Masters so we're not talking a 12 year old here, she should understand that her father loves this woman and should respect that. She doesn't have to like this woman, but she should make an effort for her dad's sake.

I agree with Meer on this one.

I realize it's abit of an awkward situation when it comes to divorces. One friend of mine, his monther has remaried NINE TIMES. Not counting the numerous boyfriends she's gone through while he was growing up.

That said he still tries to make an effort to be friendly to these constantly different men in her life.

There's really rarely ever an easy answer to these things, but the first step is definately to simply talk to people about any problems your having in a situation like this. Sometimes people just either do not understand, or dont even know in the first place.
