I wouldn't normally post about something like this on these forums. But this is kinda big, and I feel I owe it to this community to be open and honest when something like this happens.

I don't feel comfortable going into specifics, and I refuse to let this become a conversation of fault. The long and short of it is that Ever and I are seperating. I'm looking to move into a smaller apartment, alone. I'll be completeing my citizenship application, and then I will decide on my future in Canada.

I have posted on my LJ in far more detail if anyone is interested. If you have any concerns, please read that first and then post here if you would like.

Wow, sorry to hear Indy. I remember you mentioning some of this, but didn't have too much insight (at least, not as much as the LJ gave).

I know you and I only met the one time the other day, but if you need anything let me know. You seem like a somewhat decent person ;) (At least not one of those evil cats. Grr...cats!)

I'll be off to Feral though, shortly, so if you don't see me about for a week or so...that would be why.

If it helps...things that I do that make me feel so much better is a) Just go crazy. Go to different clothes store and try the most amazing of shit there!

b) Eat ice cream. And I mean, 2 tubs of ice cream. One to wash away sadness, the other to enjoy :)

c) Eat popcorn and watch "The Devil wears Prada."


Those are the top three that help me lots.

Well I'm glad you're staying in Canada, trust me, you'll have a good time.

I haven't decided to stay in Canada, or leave. I'm in no rush to choose. For now I'm staying.

As much as I understand you're in a bad place right now, you've been hurt... But don't make any rash decisions. Don't move out of Canada unless you're sure... If you decide to go through with certain medical procedures, make sure you have something to fall back on, in the event that you change your mind in the future.

And, if you do decide to leave... MILKSHAKE!

i don't even know you, and i have so much respect for you based on that.

i recently made a few very similar decisions. for i suspect very similar reasons. nothing related to emigration, it was all local. but it was all that same white-hot burning intensity and honesty to myself and others.

i already looked into that operation. a doctor here won't even begin to think about it till you're "well over 25". maybe back home they will, i don't know.

i hope you stay in canada. its kind of a bullshit country but we're not really so bad. well, some of us. more importantly, we're desperately short on people with life in their veins and cells in their brain like you. you were one of the biggest reasons i considered going to events to meet people from the board. sharp fucking dude.

fuck man, jesus christ, you don't have to live on pennies. there's plenty of work out there. if you're willing to get into some trade work, or even just basic construction, lots of people are hiring. for cash or on the books. i can ask around for who's hiring if you want.

tons of respect for any decision you make. just don't get all sad and think you have to repair and get therapy and whatnot. hang on to that burning hot intensity as long as you can.

just let me know if i can help with that. or even just buy a down and out broke guy a drink.
