Hey All. My Roomate Moved out and left his half of the Apartment up for Sublease.

The place is at 101 Sacre-Coeur on the Hull side.
]Its only 30 minutes walk from the Rideau Center and has 4 different buses that run to Ottawa as well and back, routes 31, 33, 77, 67.
The Rent is only $390 all inclusive
for a large room and a nice clean apartment. Internet is provided but cost extra, parking space can be arranged but again costs extra.

To be able to sign the lease you need to go through a background check worth $20 to be considered so you need to have a job that would be able to support your payments. The Lease ends 28th of February and can be made longer or terminated by the end of November.
